Poached sea bream
Instructions
Wash clams, mussels and shrimp.
Flour the fish then sprinkle with chopped garlic.
Heat 1/2 cup of oil in a pan and fry the fish.
Drain and pass it in a pan with mussels, clams and shrimp.
Combine the wine, salt, pepper and cover the pan.
Cook for about 20 minutes over low heat.
Just before taking off from the fire, add the chopped parsley.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 sea bream from 700 grams already clean
- 300 g of shrimp
- 500 g of clams and mussels
- 1 clove of garlic
- Flour
- White wine
- Chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
