Sicilian olives
Instructions
Drain the olives from the liquid, drain and peel them slightly.
Collect in a bowl chopped basil leaves with the oregano, rosemary leaves and garlic, add the chilli pieces cut, salt and plenty of oil.

- 1 bunch of fresh basil
- 1 bunch of oregano
- Few sprigs of rosemary
- 1 chili
- 3 cloves of garlic
