Sicilian pastries with nutella
Instructions
Turn on the oven to 180 degrees, grease and flour the bottom and walls of a 30 x 20 cm.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until mixture is fluffy and add the sifted cocoa, vanilla and egg white washed away snow.
Pour the mixture into the plate, smoothed the surface and cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes until it is lifted, then let it cool for 10 minutes and invert the cake onto baking paper.
Let cool completely still.
Cut the cake in half, spread with Nutella part of it and cover it with the other, dust with cocoa and cut into 20 slices.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

- 3 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- Few drops of vanilla essence
- 3 egg whites
- Nutella
