Instructions
Clean, wash and dry the salad.
Wash the cucumber and cut it into thin slices, cut the peppers into strips also cleaned and washed.
Do scald separately, bell pepper and cucumber in water to boil dry.

Sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent Apple black.
On the serving dish make a basis of chicory, alternatevi over vegetables and slices of Apple.
Diluted some mustard spoons with oil and vinegar, add salt, add the peppercorns, seasoned vegetables and serve.
