Thin soup of abruzzo
Instructions
In a pan put the oil with 3 cloves garlic; do Brown and add the tomatoes peeled and chopped.
When the sauce is reduced, add the fish, salt and pepper, cover and let flavour.
Add little more than 150 cl and finish cooking.
Strain the broth and pour a small amount into the pan with the fish; in the remaining cook spaghetti.

- 1000 g of very plug assorted fish
- 300 g of broken noodles type pasta
- 500 g of ripe tomatoes
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Salt
