Barley soup and beans (2)
Instructions
Put the beans in warm water for 1 night.
Chop the bacon together with garlic and parsley.
Wash barley, Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes, Peel the sausage and cut it into chunks.
Drain the beans and place them in a saucepan with 1 chopped Bacon, barley, 300 cl of water, salt, pepper and cook 1 hour.
Combine the potatoes and sausage and continue cooking for another 90 minutes.

- 150 g of pearl barley
- 200 g of dried beans
- 50 g of bacon
- 1 sausage
- 3 potatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
