Instructions

Peel, wash and cut into pieces, carrots, celery and potatoes.

Dice the meat.

Saute in butter, the chopped onion and garlic, then add the meat and vegetables and seasoning.

Sprinkle with a little flour, stir then pour the hot broth.

Adjust salt and cook covered, over low heat, for about 1 hour.

Distribute the croutons in deep plates, pour the soup and serve hot.
