Micca ai funghi
Instructions
Cut off the canopy to an approximately 1000 micca g weight and remove all the Crumb.
With a brush soak the loaf of bread, inside and outside, with melted butter.
Fill it with 1000 g mushrooms (chanterelles, mushrooms, family, pioppini, tacks, etc.
) cleaned, sliced and stir-fried with 1/2 cup of oil, 4 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
Close the micca with shell and bake the pizza for 25 minutes at 100 degrees.
Serve warm, sliced.
