Coffee meringues (3)
Instructions
Mount Snow very firm egg whites with a pinch of salt and add to rain, always turning, icing sugar.
Grease the baking plates with butter, infarinarla and add the mixture spoon.
Bake at 100 degrees until meringues are dry but not colorful.
Turn off the oven, leave to cool and solidify when they fill them with whipped cream, combined with the fine powder of coffee.

- 250 g of icing sugar
- 4 egg whites
- 20 cl of whipped
- Fine ground powder coffee
- Salt
- Little of butter
- Flour
