Beat well the egg whites with sugar; place the bowl in a Bain-Marie and heated the mixture continuing to mount it with an electric mixer.
Just retired from the fire is hot and stir to cool.
Add the coffee.
Stir.
Roll out a sheet of baking paper on the plate, put the mixture in spoonfuls and bake in hot oven at 120 degrees for about 35 minutes.
Baked and let cool.
