Green apples with gorgonzola
Instructions
Peel and scrape celery, wash and coarsely tritatelo.
In a bowl mix the blue cheese with cream, when you have a smooth cream flavored with the juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper, then add the chopped celery.
Peel the apples, cut them each a and scavatele a little with a sharp knife.
Cut the bottom slightly so they can remain standing on the serving dish.
Sprinkle them with lemon juice because they blacken.
Fill the fruits with the mixture of celery, stack the cups and put them in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
Decorated apples with a tuft of leaves of lettuce and place the other on the serving dish, and serve.
