Apples in the nest
Instructions
Peel apples, remove the core with a special scooper and arrange in a buttered baking dish.
In a bowl beat the egg yolks with sugar until the mixture turns white and fluffy.
Cream.
gradually the sifted flour, a pinch of salt and two tablespoons of milk.
Whip the egg whites until foamy soda and blend the mixture.
Pour the dough around the apples, being careful not to pour.
Fill the central hole of the apples with plenty of raspberry jam and butter.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes or until the surface is golden.
Withdrawn from the oven, let cool, place the apples on the serving dish, serve.

- 6 apples renette
- 125 g of flour
- 75 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of butter
- Raspberry jam
