Instructions
Keep to soak in cold water for at least 2 days the cod cut into pieces.
Change the water several times.
Do Brown the sliced onion in the oil, then pour thinly tomatoes or peppers, but preferably without the skin and seeds.
Combine the parsley and bay leaf, and then restrict the sauce.
Then add a bit of hot water and, when bubbles, place in saucepan the pieces of cod.
Cook slowly and well covered, shaking the Pan often: you'll get a creamy sauce and prevent the cod attacks at the bottom of the pan.

- 1 glass of tomato paste (or 6 tomatoes)
- 500 g of potatoes
- Red pepper powder (or 1 chili pepper)
