Cocoa liquor
Instructions
Crushed chocolate and put it in infusion in alcohol for a week along with the vanilla.
After dissolve sugar in half a litre of water and make a syrup.
Strain the syrup and add alcohol, bottled and wait at least a month before enjoying.
Note: the filtering operation must be made with a funnel lined with filter paper or blocked with a WAD of cotton wool or with the help of a colander very dense.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 1000 g of sugar
- 300 g of chocolate
- 1 stick of vanilla
