Cocoa liqueur
Instructions
Pour the alcohol in a bottle and add the vanilla scent.
Close and let it sit for 2 days.
Melt the sugar in a small pan with water, add the cocoa and prepared so you make a syrup to cool.
Filtered alcohol and mix in the syrup.
Bottled and kept in warm place for at least a month.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 170 g of bitter cocoa
- 1000 g of sugar
- 50 cl of water
- 1 g of cinnamon
- 1 sachet of vanilla
