Spring rolls with spicy sauce
Instructions
Chop the onion and let it dry in 3 tablespoons oil.
Reduce to the pepper strips, washed away, stripped of seeds and membranes, and add to the sauce.
Pour the tomato sauce, salt, and cook with a medium heat for 30 minutes.
Fry the rolls in plenty of hot oil for about 6-7 minutes.
Finish the sauce with ketchup.
Serve the rolls, hot, with the sauce, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
The spring rolls are a specialty Chinese cuisine: a wrap of dough (a thin crepe made with flour and water) that contains a variety of vegetables, among which there are of course the bean sprouts.
These, frozen, are excellent.

- 1 fresh red pepper
- 200 g of tomato
- 50 G = = Ketchup
- 30 g of onion
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Chopped parsley
