Spring rolls with Sesame (2)
Instructions
Defrost the puff pastry, pulling it out of the freezer at least 15 minutes prior to use.
Then, roll out the dough on a work plan flour and powdered assottigliatela using a rolling pin.
Divide the dough into 12 pieces of almost square shape on each place the ham and fontina cheese cut into small pieces.
Soon after, strokes with the beaten egg and roll the dough over itself until it forms of spring rolls.
Seal all edges, sprinkle them with sesame seeds and infornateli for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Serve warm immediately and crunchy.

- 1 pack of frozen puff pastry
- 100 g of ham
- 100 g of fontina cheese (or other stringy cheese)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
