Sardine rolls
Instructions
Eviscerated the sardines, remove them, open them, wash them and dry them.
Salt and pepper each sardine, wrap it in a thin slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Grease a baking sheet, sprinkle the rolls, place in Bowl two bay leaves whole and a sprig of thyme.
Squirt with lemon juice and two tablespoons of olive oil.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
