Instructions
Clean the vegetables, cut into small pieces and trifolatele with a little olive oil and whole garlic clove.
Add salt, Cook about 10 minutes, then coarsely chop with the machine.
Beat the eggs with the Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt, add the chopped vegetables and parsley.
Mix well and put the mixture on ham slices.
Stops the rolls with a toothpick, put them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and a little oil, then toss them for 10 minutes in hot oven to 180 degrees.

- 1 potato

- 1 leek
- 4 thick slices of ham
- 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
