Apricot pork rolls
Instructions
Softened the apricots in lukewarm water.
Cut the bacon into strips.
In a pan heat two tablespoons of olive oil in saucepan, heat the butter slices.
Take them out and keep them aside.
In the same Pan put the bacon and chopped apricots and squeeze.
Stir, add salt.
Put the mixture on the slices, roll them up.
Place the rolls in the Pan, sprinkle a small glass of brandy and let evaporate.
Serve.
Accompanying wines: Trentino Pinot Nero DOC, DOC Lacrima Di Morro, Pollino DOC.

- 8 slices pork loin
- 100 g of dried apricots
- 100 g of bacon
- 30 g of butter
- Brandy
- Olive oil
- Salt
