Tuna rolls
Instructions
Roast the peppers and remove seeds and film.
Then cut into large strips.
Finely chop tuna, combine chopped chilli, salt, pepper, lemon juice, ginger and enough oil to get a soft dough.
Distribute the mixture on the slopes of bell pepper and salt, and wrap to wrap.
Arrange the rolls on a bed of lettuce.
Season with a little salt and good oil.

- 4 peppers
- Lettuce salad
- 1 box of tuna
- 1 chili
- Olive oil
- Ginger
- Lemon juice
- Salt
