Instructions
Wash and peel the soncino.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into wedges.
Cut the mozzarella cheese into thin slices.
Add the ingredients prepared to pickles and say with salt, pepper, crushed garlic and olive oil-extra virgin olive oil.
Add the chopped Basil and serve.

- 300 g of soncino salad
- 4 salad tomatoes
- 1 mozzarella grande
- 10 leaves of basil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
- Variety of pickles
