Royal agarics raw salad with marjoram
Instructions
Clean the starters.
Cut them into thin slices and sprinkle with a few drops of lemon.
Sprinkle with a bit of chopped Marjoram.
Salted and seasoned with olive oil.
Stir and serve.
Accompanying wines: Alto Adige Chardonnay DOC, San Sisto Verdicchio Dei Castelli Di Jesi DOC Fiano Di Avellino DOC.

- 400 g of royal agarics mushrooms
- Fresh marjoram
- Olive oil
- Few drops of lemon juice
- Salt
