Cheese Salad (Insalata di Formaggio)
Instructions
Cut into thin slices 200 g parmigiano Reggiano; cut roasted pepper strips; cut a small 50 g fillets of olives and celery hearts.
Add in right measure salt, oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper, mustard; stir and serve.
