Orange Salad (Insalata di Arance)
Instructions
Bleeds orange peel and cut them into slices.
Wash away the salad and spring onions.
Halve the Tufts of lettuce lengthwise, then make horizontal rings means.
Cut the spring onion segments.
On a serving platter salad layering, then Orange, then slices of onions and olives.
Whisk lemon juice with 2 tablespoons of orange juice 3 olive oil, salt and pepper and drizzle the salad.

- 2 spring onions
