Chop the onion and browned in butter.
Combine meat and tomatoes cut into pieces.
Add 1 cup of water and Cook, covered, at a moderate flame.
After about 1 hour, remove the lid and reduce the cooking.
Sprinkle with flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
Serve as soon as the sauce has got the right consistency.
