Instructions
Knead all the ingredients until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough, let it sit for 10-15 minutes covered, roll out with a rolling pin, cut in long strips that arrotonderete with your hands, place in baking pan lined with parchment paper, brush with egg and milk and bake at 220 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
You can prepare flavored breadsticks with wholemeal flour, herbs, vegetables, seeds, olives, etc.
