Homemade ladyfingers

Whisk in egg yolks and cream, gradually add powdered sugar, salt, 100 g sugar, vanilla sugar and continue to beat until you have a creamy mass.
Then sift over the flour mixed with cornstarch and baking powder and work.
With two teaspoons form piles of dough the size of a Savoyard, place them too close not on buttered and oven plate lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with remaining sugar.
