Gramigna with sausage and cream
Instructions
Do boil pasta.
Meanwhile put on fire in a saucepan the butter, let it melt and stemperarvi the flour mixing thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
As soon as the mixture will be golden, dilute with milk and then salt.
Continue to stir until the mixture has thickened.
Stir the mixture to sausage and half of shredded cheese with the saucepan off the heat.
Continue cooking for another 5-6 minutes.
Drain the pasta, pull you over the mixture and cream, stirring quickly.

- 400 g of weeds type pasta
- 1 1/2 of sausages
- 1 walnut butter
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- Parmigiano
- 25 cl of cooking cream
