Gran farro
Instructions
Boil the beans and toss.
Saute in oil smells, chopped ham and spices.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the tomato and cook for 15 minutes.
Pass the gravy and add the beans, some of their cooking broth and barley.
Bake for 40 minutes, adding more bean broth.
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 200 g of spelt
- 450 g of frozen beans
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 costa of celery
- 4 leaves sage
- 10 leaflets of marjoram
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of cloves
- 100 g of ham cut into cubes
- 150 g of tomato
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
