Chestnut flour dumplings, bacon and zucchini
Instructions
Heat the oil, garlic and sliced Zucchini, add the Diced Bacon and chopped parsley.
In a bowl, work the flour with a pinch of salt, add the eggs and milk until dough is creamy and the dumplings.
Boil water and cook the gnocchi, drain after 3 minutes Sauté in a pan with Zucchini sauce.

- 1 clove of garlic

- 50 g of bacon
- 2 zucchini
- 1 pinch of salt
- Milk
