Greek shrimp
Instructions
Peel the cucumber and slice it very thin, then salt and let it sit for 1 hour.
Leave it to drain, mix it with yoghurt and add garlic and Mint.
Blanch shrimp tails in boiling salted water for 4 minutes.
Coat with olive oil, lemon juice, chopped fennel, salt and pepper.
Mix the shrimp tails in yoghurt sauce and serve.

- 30 prawn tails
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 sprig of fennel
- 2 lemons
- 300 g of white yoghurt
- 3 cloves of chopped garlic
- 1 cucumber
- Chopped mint
- Salt
- Pepper
