The friulan fusilli
Instructions
Heat a non-stick pan and pour a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar; getting scalded sausage slices then cut them into pieces and keep aside.
Boil the fusilli in salted water.
Cut a piece of brie into small pieces and the rest.
When missing a minute at cooking the pasta in a pan, heat the brie into small pieces with half a glass of milk and form a sauce.
Drain the pasta and pour it into the Pan, stirring quickly.
Add the salami, brie, sliced and a handful of chopped walnuts.
Stir until brie is melted.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of type pasta fusilli
- 200 g of brie cheese
- 4 thick slices of soft salami
- 1 handful of nuts
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
- Salt
