The Four-Cheese Salad
Instructions
Wash the lettuce leaves, remove excess water, cut them and put them in a salad bowl.
Remove the cheese rind, then cut the quartirolo and diced Gruyere, fontina into strips, Parmesan.
Add all these cheese to lettuce and season with salt and plenty of oil, mixing well.

- 1 head of lettuce salad
- 50 g of quartirolo cheese
- 50 g of emmenthal cheese
- 50 g of parmigiano
- 50 g of fontina cheese
