Fresh fruits in jelly
Instructions
Put to soak the gelatine in a bowl filled with cold water.
In a saucepan, then heat the wine slowly, add the sugar and the isinglass squeezed, shuffled and when everything is loose refrigerate overnight.
Place the washed fruit and cut into pieces in a bowl rather large alternating colors carefully so as to create a pleasant chromatic effect and place in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Just before serving pour into wine jelly Cup that must have a with semi-fluid consistency.
Sprinkle the surface with chopped fresh mint and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 1 pera
- 2 kiwi
- 2 clementine
- 12 raspberries
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 bottle of sweet white wine
- Leaves 2 of mint
- 3 sheets of isinglass
