Sweet rice fritters
Instructions
Do raisins soaked in a glass of Brandy for at least an hour.
Meanwhile Cook the rice; tuffatelo for 5 minutes in boiling salted water, then drain and finish cooking in boiling milk flavored with subtle lemon zest, spiral cut (which then spent at).
When the rice has absorbed all the milk, remove from heat, allow to cool then add the beaten egg with the sugar, the raisins well drained and crushed macaroons and reduced to dust.
Stir everything right; take half a spoonful of compost and let it fall on the finely grated bread (and I don't know of stale) forming a tiny Patty then crushed.
When all are ready to fry them twice or thrice in abundant boiling oil; drain and posatele on white paper towels.
To taste sprinkle granulated sugar.
Serve warm.

- 25 cl of milk
- 100 g of semi-fine rice
- 100 g of amaretti biscuits
- 50 g of granulated sugar
- 25 g of sultanas
- 1 egg
- 1/2 lemon (zest)
- Breadcrumbs
- Seed oil
- 1 glass of brandy
- Salt
