Instructions

Knead the flour, salt and hot water until you get a soft ball.

Drawn balls large like an Apricot and roll them up into raisins and pine nuts.

Boil the balls in boiling water, drain, put them in cold water and dry them.

Boil the water with sugar and ginger.

Make a syrup, let cool and remove ginger.

Cut fruit into slices and place them in a serving dish.

Add the balls and cover with syrup.

Serve.
