Instructions

Wash the oranges and grattugiarne one to get 1 tablespoon full of zest.

Prepare a batter with flour, egg, 3 tablespoons oil, beer, a pinch of salt and orange zest and allow to rest.

Peel the oranges, slice them alive and let them soak in brandy and sugar for 1 hour.

Drain orange slices, dip in batter and FRY in hot oil.

Before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar.
