Orange oranges
Instructions
Wash the oranges well under running water.
Peel them bleed and eliminate the white Peel.
Cut the Peel into strips and boil 5 minutes 50 cl of water.
Drain and put it back on the heat with the liquor, sugar, a little water and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Slice the oranges and arrange them on a serving dish, top with the syrup and the peel and serve warm.

- 4 oranges
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 small glass of orange liqueur
