Fried lettuce
Instructions
Wash the lettuce, cut into strips, season in 30 g butter for ten minutes, add salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs, add salt just; melt the rest of the butter in the pan for omelets, and pour the lettuce mixed with egg mixture.
Cook at low heat so that the omelette bake out and remains a bit soft on the inside.
Serve very hot.

- 40 g of butter
