Frijoles borrachitos
Instructions
In a saucepan, soak the beans overnight in water or bring them to a boil, Cook for about 2 minutes, cover the saucepan and leave to stand for one hour.
After this time, incorporate the beer and onion.
Put on the heat, bring to a boil, cover and let simmer for about an hour and a half, or until the beans are very tender.
In a pan to blow up the bacon until it is crisp and degreased, drain and crush it.
Add to bean mixture along with non-drained tomatoes, parsley, salt and pepper.
Cover and let simmer for 35 minutes.
Serve hot.

- 250 g of dried pinto beans
- 4 cups of water
- 1 can of beer (33 cl cans)
- 1 chopped onion
- 6 slices of bacon
- 250 g of peeled tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of parsley clean
