Artichoke bottoms
Instructions
Clean the artichokes and boil them in water acidic.
In each artichoke bottom, place a piece of fontina and peas that have previously boiled and passed into the butter.
On each artichoke pour 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce that you've previously cooked with a bit of oil and water.

- 300 g of peas
- 50 g of butter
- 100 g of fontina cheese
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
