Steamed pork bun
Instructions
Add the flour, baking powder and a tablespoon of sugar and a cup of hot water.
Knead the dough and let it rest for about two hours in the heat to rise.
In a bowl mix the pork, leek and chopped onions, two teaspoons of sugar, a tablespoon of soy sauce, a teaspoon of sesame oil and a pinch of salt.
Let marinate for an hour, then FRY in oil and let cool.
Resume working the dough, form a sausage and cut into 8 thick disks of about 3 centimeters.
Crush each disc with a spoon and fill with stuffing.
Brush each muffin oil, Sprinkle sesame seeds and cook for 25 minutes.
Serve hot.

- 200 g of ground pork
- 250 g of flour
- 1 leek
- 1 cipollina
- 20 g of brewer's yeast
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- Sugar
- Sesame oil
- 1 pinch of salt
