Instructions
Combine the garlic, ginger, mustard, soy sauce and pineapple juice into a container.
Make a cut in the center of each piece of thread and put them in the bowl with the marinade.
Let stand for about two hours and cook to taste, grilled on the barbecue or on a non-stick pan.
Add salt and pepper and serve.

- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 piece of chopped ginger (2.5 cm pieces)
- 1/2 cl of mustard
- 3 cl of soy sauce
- 13 cl of pineapple juice
- 4 meat fillet
