Aromatic sea bass fillet
Instructions
Clean and fillet the bass so you get 2 fillets, skinless and without thorns.
Let marinate for a few minutes the threads with a little salt, black peppercorns, olive oil and lemon drops.
In a Pyrex Pan Saute a little oil with bay leaves, arrange the filets covered by marinade sauce left over and cook for 4 minutes in the oven.

- 1 1000 g of sea bass
- 3 leaves of laurel
- Some grains of black pepper whole
- Olive oil
- Few drops of lemon juice
- Salt
