To slightly brown the garlic in oil, then delete it and raise the flame.
Add the sliced meat thinly and cut into strips.
Make you Blanch for 2 minutes, add salt, pepper and add the chopped Basil; Deglaze with wine and reduce over high heat.
Serve immediately hot.
