Marinated slices
Instructions
Finely chop the garlic with parsley.
In a bowl put the oil, the chopped and salt, dip the meat slices and allow to marinate about 2 hours.
Heat a grill and put to bake the slices one by one then put them in a serving bowl and add marinade.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of veal
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- Salt
