Instructions

Clean the cod depriving entrails and scales, introduce within the garlic, a bit of Rosemary and place it in a container.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, Rosemary and drizzle with a little oil and white wine.

Marinate fish for 30 minutes, then set aside, pass it in the breadcrumbs, then arrange in a baking dish, pour the marinade and pass in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes
