Broad beans and chicory (3)
Instructions
Cook with cover the beans with water enough to cover them; Let them boil over low heat and schiumatele if necessary.
After about 1 hour add salt and stir vigorously with a wooden spoon, until the beans are all mashed.
Remove from heat and oil cream.

Meanwhile you have boiled, with salt, chicory well trimmed and washed; drain and dress with a little oil.
Serve with the vegetables, 2 by sprinkling them with oil.
Both are excellent cold and hot you can accompany with fried peppers or sweet onion.
