Tonnate butterflies
Instructions
While the pasta is cooking, mix the tuna with the oil, the juice of half a lemon, nuts, until obtaining a cream.
Then pour everything into a bowl, add the cheese and mix well, add salt and pepper.
When the pasta is cooked, drain, leaving 1 small cup of water that mixed with the cream.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 700 g of type paste butterflies
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 100 g of tuna in olive oil
- 7 walnut kernels
- 1 lemon
- 1 jar of mascarpone
- Salt
- Pepper
